Supply Chain Attacks as Extrastatecraft

Maxigas compares our current experiences of building mesh networks between autonomous community spaces with the recent repression of Autistici/Inventati. Maxigas characterises supply chain attacks as contemporary politics that nonetheless mobilise the legacies of internet governance infrastructures. Current efforts towards technological sovereignty thus focus on derisking supply chains, no matter at which scale we look.
